Nutritional Therapy
No one person is the same.
At Nourished Boston, we believe in everyone’s bio-individuality. There is not blueprint program that we work off of. We evaluate everyone and take the time to create a program that is attainable and makes an impact.
We believe in the body’s ability to heal with needed support and care. We will partner together to help you focus on a diet of whole, properly prepared, nutrient-dense foods. We will create a customized nutrition plan that recognizes your individual needs and restrictions. We will check in on a regular basis and tweak the plan as necessary so that you can reach your goals while supporting your body and mind in the process.
Who is this for?
If you are going through a life transition (pregnancy, postpartum, peri or menopause), injury, surgical recovery, or new medical diagnosis, you may benefit from working together. Please reach out and schedule a complimentary discovery call to see if we are a good fit.
Weight loss may be a secondary outcome of our collaboration.
However, weight loss is not the focus of our work together.*

The Details
15-Minute Discovery Call to determine if Nourished and Margo are the right fit for you and your health goals.
15 minutes
The initial consultation is an opportunity to dig deep into your history, your symptoms, and your goals. Margo will have had an opportunity to review your paperwork before this robust initial consultation.
90 Minutes, plus 50 minute followup
This check-in is an opportunity to review your program progress. During each follow-up, we will focus on a specific Foundation of your Health. This session includes providing new recipes, reviewing your food journals, and incorporating new foods and comprehensive whole-body health strategies.
50 minutes
These only take place after you have had at least two follow up appointments.
