Nourished Boston is (almost) here!

Dear friends and colleagues,

I am thrilled to share some exciting (and yes, a little daunting!) news: Nourished Boston is here. I will be seeing clients as of 9/15.

Over the past 12 months, I completed a Nutrition Training Program and am now a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) through the Nutritional Therapy Association.

The support I offer combines nutrition and lifestyle strategies. My ideal clients are those navigating life transitions—such as pregnancy, postpartum, or menopause—as well as individuals recovering from surgery or treatment, or living with persistent health challenges that feel confusing or unresolved.

I have personally benefited from working with my own nutritional therapist throughout my health journey over the last few years. That experience, combined with my years of supporting clients and my collaborative approach, has prepared me for this next professional step.

This work is not a substitute for medical care, and my focus is not on weight loss. Instead, my goal is to help people find comfort in their bodies as they change, age, and adapt to the world around us.

     What I offer:

  • Free Discovery Call – a no-risk way to see if we’re a good fit

  • Flexible scheduling – I see clients both in-person and online, Tuesdays–Thursdays (and by appointment)

I am not leaving my consulting/teaching/expert witness practice; rather, I’m adding this meaningful new dimension to my work. I would be honored if you shared my information with anyone in your community who might benefit from nutritional support.

You can also follow me online, and of course, I’m always happy to answer any questions.
