10-Minute Overnight Oats

This one is easy, friends.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup high-quality gluten-free oats. 

  • ½ cup (or however much you need to cover oats) of full fat non-dairy milk. (Think full-fat almond, cashew or oatmilk- make sure there are no addittives to the milk).

  • pinch of sea salt

  • ½ teaspoon ground flax

  • ½ teaspoon ground chia

  • drop of vanilla extract

  • drop of pure maple syrup

Step 1
Mix the concoction together.
*note you can also add collagen to this at this juncture if you wish

Additional Topping Options

  • drop of vanilla extract

  • drop of pure maple syrup

  • handful of organic washed berries

  • 1 tablespoon nut butter of your choosing

Step 2
Fridge. Overnight.
Morning or anytime= YUM

*Also very easy to make in bulk.
